Nel 1921 Angelo Ferretti e Teresa Panetti iniziarono questa avventura che dura ancora. Prima il figlio Mario, poi il Nipote Massimo hanno proseguito l’attività di famiglia.

Nel dopoguerra la struttura viene ampliata e rinnovata con la presenza “istituzionale” di nonna Teresa.
